ASHER YELO is building a world where  Cinematic Pop, R&B, and his international influences collide.

An English-Nigerian artist, producer, songwriter, instrumentalist, speaker, and model, ASHER has been named a “Breakthrough Star” by MMSCENE Magazine, earned a co-sign from the late Quincy Jones, and was nominated for International Rookie Artist of the Year at the 2022 Denniz Pop Awards, alongside a jury featuring Max Martin, Tove Lo, Rami Yacoub, and more.

His debut single, “Go Backwards,” landed on Oprah Winfrey’s 'Queen Sugar' and received Australian radio play, while his songwriting earned him ASCAP’s Harold Adamson Lyric Award—leading to international writing camps, Atlantic Records’ Freshman Fridays, and collaborations across the industry. His music has since appeared in David Oyelowo’s 'Becoming King' on Paramount+.

Today, ASHER is expanding his creative footprint across the globe. Signed to CTGA/Blooming Music, founded by SM Entertainment founder Soo-Man Lee, he has developed an increasingly strong presence across Sweden, South Korea, Japan, and beyond, with credits including PLAVE’s upcoming title track “Star Trace.” His work with international artists and K-Pop teams reflects a larger ambition: to create music that moves freely between cultures and markets.

That same instinct extends beyond the studio. After his Instagram remixes caught the attention of Instagram’s official team and led to an onsite Coachella activation, ASHER continues to build a multidimensional career spanning music, content, and culture.

With a growing slate of releases for 2027—including a duo project with Swedish rapper Max Wassen and collaborations with award-winning producer/songwriter Rami Yacoub and MXM—ASHER YELO is entering his next chapter with one question in mind: how far can Pop go when the boundaries disappear?
